Service Contracts
On all our installations, which include Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Nurse Call, Security Lighting and Emergency Lighting we offer a maintenance contract with a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Service Level Agreements are also offered on systems which have not been installed by ourselves.
Service Level Agreements are available to suite every situation and pocket. Payments can be made monthly, six monthly or annually.
Examples of Servicing/Testing Schedules
Fire Alarms / Emergency Lighting
- Weekly tests – Multiple occupancy business premises
- Monthly – Multiple occupancy business premises
- Three montly tests – Nursing homes
- Six monthly tests – Nursing homes and monitored fire alarm systems
- Annual tests -Domestic and small businesses.
Intruder Alarms
- Six monthly tests – Monitored intruder alarm systems
- Annual tests -Domestic and small businesses.
CCTV
Depending on environment, tests could be carried out six-monthly or annually.
Nurse Call
Depending on environment and usage, tests could be carried out six-monthly or annually.
Insurance companies require Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Fire Alarms to be checked on a regular basis. It is also a requirement of BS 5839 (Fire Alarm Regulations) and BS 5266 (Emergency Lighting Regulations) for systems to be regularly maintained.
