24 Hour Service

We offer a 24 hour service to our contracted customers to resolve any issues with installed fire and security systems. We will initially attempt to solve the problem over the phone, if this is not possible we will then make a site visit.

A 24 hour keyholder service is available. This allows us to resolve problems “out of hours” with minimum inconvenience to the customer.

Priority is given to our contracted customers, but we are happy to try and be of assistance to other callers and will provide an estimate of time and cost.
